I have recently, well, in the age of facebook, been able to reconnect with friends from my past.  Growing up in Germany on a Army Base, meant my friends were rotating in and out constantly, making it very hard to remain in contact through the years.  One friend I am back in touch with owned a Bar/Restaurant called Kingdom,  located in Miami on Biscayne Blvd.   Justin became well know for his Kingdom burgers.  As a matter of fact, when I goggled "Kingdom" I found many articles and stories from Miami Newspapers about his burgers.  So, knowing that one great thing you can serve and bring customers back is a great burger....  I very happily and thankfully have the secret of the "Kingdom" Burger and starting tonight I will bring it to you!!!

Open Friday and Saturday night.  Although the Kitchen is still in not the best condition....  New equipment is on the way....  I felt very much at home.  It was great to be back to work!  Saturday we fed a good bunch of dinners and it went well!  The staff of the Lake Ontario Playhouse were great and helped out when needed with out having to ask!   
       I have lots of changes in the works for the kitchen.  Making things much more efficient and manageable.  This will bring on more menu items and room to have some fun!!   I will post as I go!
